This 30-year-old apartment has been redesigned for a couple and their toddler, bringing in a fresh, airy feel while honoring its original charm. They wanted a home that felt light, open, and reflective of their love for the sea and Mediterranean style. A neutral palette sets the tone, with touches of blue adding depth and character.

The balcony features limestone flooring, chosen to capture the texture and warmth of beach sand, creating a relaxed outdoor and an arched opening seamlessly connects the living room to the balcony, enhancing the indoor-outdoor feel they wanted.
A window between the home office and the balcony allows the mother to keep an eye on her toddler while she works, making daily routines smoother. In the bathroom, a bathtub was a key request—designed specifically for their little one to enjoy. Every detail was carefully considered to create a home that feels effortless, comfortable, and deeply connected to their way of living.
